Maintenance Agreement

We will do the following:

• We will schedule two service inspections during regular hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
• We will instruct you on the operations of your equipment
• Any repairs will be completed with your approval only
• All parts will be billed with a 15% discount at the prevailing labor rates

Spring Maintenance Check

• Clean condensate drain
• Check operating temperature drop across evaporator coil
• Lubricate all parts requiring same
• Adjust belts
• Inspect, adjust and clean blower assembly as necessary
• Check operating pressures
• Check all safety and protective devices
• Check for adequate refrigerant in system
• Adjust thermostat as necessary
• Make necessary recommendation

Winter Maintenance Check

• Clean burners and heat exchanger
• Inspect heat exchanger for cracks or damage
• Clean and adjust pilot assembly
• Adjust burner for efficiency
• Check for gas leak in furnace
• Lubricate moving parts
• Check belt and adjust tension
• Check flue pipe and draft diverter
• Check furnace for proper flue venting
• Check all safety controls for proper operation
• Check thermostat for calibration and operation
• Check complete furnace cycle and operation
• Make necessary recommendations
